No returns are allowed except defective, damage or receive the wrong item/colour.

Stream Trail does not guarantee its products to be 100% waterproof. Waterproofing effectiveness is affected by the conditions of use. The Stream Trail warranty does not, under any circumstance, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or others personal property carried inside or attached to the outside of products.

Colour migration may occur from chemical reaction where tarpaulin contacted with or rubbed against dyed fabric or string, including its parts (straps, tapes and bindings) due to plasticizer (DOP) used for the products.

Please avoid rigorous use of water resistant zippers to prevent causing damage to the surrounding welded scams

To prevent causing damage to seams, please avoid lifting Stream Trails bags by the black roll-down flap. (Carry all, Marche, Dry Tank, Roadster).

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your report is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a damage/defect return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Stream Trail Bags carry a 90-day warranty from date of purchase for defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear and tear, fading of products and deterioration caused by abuse are not considered to be manufacturer defects. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired at a reasonable cost and others fees may be charged

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are not refundable.  

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
